That’s fine! Simply pick the scent you want from our shop page, and select “No Customisation – scent name only” on the drop down list. This means your candle will just have the name of your chosen scent on the label.

We recommend burning your candle for a minimum of two hours, and a maximum of four hours. After burning for the first time, trim the wick to about half a centimetre before lighting.

You’ll be happy to know that all our candles are vegan and do not contain bees wax.

No, we love animals and would never test on them.

We’re happy to exchange or refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. We can refund 100% of the price you paid for your candle, excluding postage and returns costs, as long as the candle is unused and in its original packaging.

If you’d like to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as you can. We can’t guarantee cancellation or alterations, but if we catch your message early enough we’d be happy to help.
